Monongalia County Drug Court - West Virginia Judiciary
This position is designated as a union position and is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement with O. The Coordinator will act as a contact point between the Specialty Courts, treatment and recovery support providers, and any Specialty Court Advisory Boards and Governance Committees as directed by the participating judges. The Coordinator will prepare for weekly Specialty Court staff meetings and sessions, including preparation of the roster and tracking new referrals; will support the running of the Specialty Court session, including obtaining nondisclosure forms from parties and guests; assist with the administration of incentives; organize graduations and prepare orders and other documents necessary for efficient court functioning. The Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Specialty Court and other court departments. The Coordinator will collect and report data for any grants and seek future grant funding in compliance with Trial Court policies. The Coordinator will also collect and report data as required by the Massachusetts Probation Service. The Coordinator will act as liaison with and make referrals to programs with which the Specialty Courts interact.
